Tranquility

There is an aspect of you/me that is always silent. This is the stillness that is always with us, even when the world around us is going a thousand miles per hour.

Even though this stillness is always there, we still choose to completely identify with the forms that pass through us, instead of just observing these forms from our silent perspective.

Silence and stillness connect us with the unchanging aspect of our existance. The part of us which is outside time and space, and yet observes everything within time and space.

Stillness of the mind is needed for most Magickal operations. Stillness and silence lead us to God, Aristotle's unmoved mover. From this motionless, timeless place, all potentiality is available and we can recreate the world with our intention, the intention of God.
